[Resolved] Karvy — not helping in bond redemption | |||
This query is regarding the bond redemption [folio no. - 0495837] in the name of my mother which was earlier issued by rec and the maturity date is already gone. We have provided all the necessary documents (Request letter, bond certificate, self attested pan & cancelled cheque) for bond redemption on 26th august, 2017 to the mentioned office address along with the tracking id — k[protected]Dtdc) but the officials have denied that they have not received the same. So the whole process could not proceed further. Not even received any revert or mail reply regarding this. Therefore request you you kindly look into this matter on priority and resolve the issue. Verified Support Oct 30, 2018 Karvy Customer Care's response Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to the above complaint, the redemption amount has been sent through demand draft no.791320 dated 31.03.2010 send by RCMC registrar.
