I am mr. Gopabandhu mohapatra, with trading code: 2115516/ dp and clientid: 19030814. Recently ms. Nameeta panda from your bhubaneswar office contacted me and asked for signing a document along with id proof for kyc verification.
I have signed and submitted all the requirements and she assured that within one week verification call will be received and after that your account will be activated. Accordingly verification was also done, but my enquiry revealed that the account has not been activated so far.
Today, when i wanted to sell my shares, it was informed that there is signature mismatch and i have to submit some papers like stamp paper worth rs.20/- and some other formalities.
My point is - when the defect was found, why your people have not informed me to submit some other document and why it is that when i wanted to trade my share, it was informed.
This shows the callousness of your staff and put me into inconvenience.
Moreover, ms. Nameeta panda has collected rs. 1300/- for renewal cost and she informed that something has to be refunded. But she has not refunded so far.
