[Resolved]  Karvy — private wealth clients are taken for a ride

Karvy private wealth introduced real estate builders and developers to its clientele promising good returns and at the same time guaranteeing security of investments and took service charge for the services rendered. A number of investments have turned belly-up and the private wealth dept is unresponsive.
All the communication with the real estate companies happens via karvy and they do take service charge, as written. Cheques from the builders bounce. Karvy as an intermediary should take necessary steps to resolve the issues, after all, they introduced the builders to clients but they are lending us a deaf ear. This is just to inform the generic public about the issue so that they take care in making any investments with karvy.

I made an investment with c&c constructions via karvy and the interest cheques have started bouncing from oct. I received a letter from their chairman that all the dues will be cleared by dec 2017. Dec came and went. Then we received another letter asking for 90 days which ended as of march. Nothing happened. And, we have received another letter now stating that they need time until june.
Our attempts to reach karvy private wealth managers have yielded zero results. Karvy took a service charge from its clients to facilitate the investment and when karvy's service is actually needed, no one from karvy is in sight. Attempts to reach ceo of private wealth has yielded zero result. I hope someone reads the same and pays attention.

Until then, i advise all potential investors to stay away from karvy.

How can the complaint be marked as complete when no one from Karvy reached out to me? the issue still persists and is not resolved.. How can I change the status to "NOT RESOLVED"?

I have submitted registered rent agreement. I don't understand why my address updation request is getting rejected ?
I sent my contact details and no one from Karvy reached out to me.. So, this proves their lackadaisical attitude in dealing with customer issues.. Will karvy wake up?
