[Resolved]  Karvy — purchase of sip made but auto debit not happening

I have purchased an SIP for Rs.1000 per month in Reliance Large cap 200 mutual funds, Initially I have issued a cheque of Rs.1000 which got deducted from my bank account and is showing in karvy application and also I have given a bank mandate for the auto debit every month, but the second installment of Rs.1000 which has to be deducted on 15th of every month has not been deducted since than, saying it has been cancelled. and all this procedure took place two times.
when spoke to my agent she says the account name is different in karvy and the bank. How is this possible?
My agent says the only solution is to change your name in the bank.
Here the mistake is from Karvy. I have complaint many times to my agent but there is no resolution from the karvy's end.
I need help.

For the last three or four times i am trying to update my address in my adhaar but every times i get the transliteration error. Please tell me specifically what is wrong with this or i have to keep the wrong translation in hindi in my aadhar.
