[Resolved]  Karvy — regarding brokerage

Sir/madam
This is to inform you that i have trading a/c no. 2732320 the name of mr. Krishna swarup aeron and my sister trading a/c no.2735109 the name ms manju lata agarwal.

I want to say that you are charging brokerage in equity (Delivery) 0.5% delivery, it is very high brokerage but all the customer are giving you brokerage 0.3% in delivery and i saw karvy tariff in online equity (Delivery) is 0.3% delivery and equity (Intraday) is 0.03% intraday. So my question is why you charging high brokerage for me, so please refund the excess brokerage in my and sister account as earliest.
