Karvy — transfer of my shares to my another demat account

This is sailaja, my account is with karvy and i'd is a2309052. I am trying to transfer my shares to another demat ac. Despite many attempts my shares are lying in karvy achi and some of shares are in beneficiary i'd but not in my dp client i'd. Please do the needful thing immediately.
