I have a trading a/c no 326269 with karvy. My some shares are still lying in the pool a/c and i have requested many time to transfer these share to my demat account. I have also requested karvy shimla branch to provide me the dis slip but they shows the inability to deliver it to me. I have also file a complaint at karvy website, the token of which is 6000, but karvy did not reply for it.

I had requested karvy computershare for issuance of duplicate bond certificate for ifci long term infrastructure bonds series 4 issued in 2012 on 29.11.2019 by an application enclosing there with indemnity bond on stamp paper of rs 100/- folio no inb0028268 for 4 bond certificates of rs 5000/- each. The application was couriered through speed post to their gachibowli, nanakramguda, hyderabad office. Still not received the duplicate certificate. Since then trying over phone[protected]/23312454 to contact them but could not get through. Please get me the duplicate certificate. My address also changed to b-9, sector 47 noida district gautam budh nagar uttar pradesh 201301 and telephone [protected] and mail id karan. [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@yahoo.co.in

I have submitted payout request to karvy repeatedly on november and december but not received my funds in my bank account till[protected]
Also customer support executives are transferring calls from one department to another but no one is solving my quires.
Also customer support executives are taking big time to answer the call.

So kindly transfer my funds at earliest

Since i came to know from karvy stock broking ltd, hyderabad over mobile, the reasons for stopping of delivery trading then i opened one demat and trading account in shcil and applied through shcil to transfer shares lying with karvy to shcil. But i was told by shcil that karvy, pune office is not receiving the application due to reasons best known to them. Please confirm the reasons for non - acceptance/ transfer of shares.

KARVY STOCK BROKING LIMITED is completely irresponsible in handling Clients funds, approx. 40% of my funds (securities) have been kept in Karvy Beneficiary account and are not being transferred to my CDSL DEMAT account. Also my Payout from KARVY is pending since last 2.5 months. Wrote several emails to support email id, also copying Mr. Parthasarathy, Mr. M Yugandhar, Mr. Sri Krishna Gurazada.
Called Service Helpdesk multiple times but no response.
Visited Mumbai, Andheri branch office as well but they dodge this complaint over to Hyderabad team.
Requesting Consumer complaint forum to intervene and help recover my funds and money from KARVY ASAP. Thanks.

Some of the Shares lying in Karvy Pool account is not being transferred to my demat account despite several requests and escalation since more than a month. Also, the actual shares purchased by me is not reflected correctly in their pool account, Pls ensure proper regularsation and transfer to my demat account immediately.

My client code is 1762568. There is discrepancy in no of shares showing in my demat account and karvy pool account. Indian oil and eil shares are showing less and sbi, tata motors dvr share no where to be seen in my demat account.
I have also made a payout request from my ledger account but its not reflected in my registered idbi bank till now.
I have also registered a complain on 24/12/2019 to karvy ticket id 5678 but no any response yet.

I have a trading account with karvy account id a45000755. I am requesting a payout from last one month of rs 333572/- but they are not returning my money. Along with that i have some deliveries also which i am not able to sell.
Karvy is doing a big fraud and some one should take action against them. It is a big amount and i am not able to trade. I am pissed off.

This is to inform you, serious matter regarding unauthorized trading done by the broker m/s sonali jain/khandelwal dealing office/branch office : b-4 1st floor parisharm shopping centre nr kaps township gate unchamala tal vyara tapi gujrat-394651 hence occurred a loss of rs.3, 00000 by the investor.
I am writing in detail regarding the fraud done by ms. Sonali jain/khandelwal.
About 14 months before (Sept-18), she opened an office outside the gate of our township. She asked some people of our township to invest money hence she will give the profit more than fd. Also she arranged a seminar reg. Investment, in our township community hall. The profit told by her varies person to person. The profit what she deal with me was if i invest 100000, she will give 10000 every month till i kept 100000 with her and principal amount will remain safe. The profit was vary till 15000/- for others. I invested in the month of march-19 rs.300000/-. She given profit in the last week of may-19. Then after she ran away first week of june with a person mr. Saket. After complain of her husband she been caught at indore by crime branch surat after 5 days. Then she gone to delhi her parents house.
Last week of june she returned to our township with her husband. Her husband work as manager hr in npcil kakrapar mr. Nishant jain since 2years transfered from npcil narora up. As per information given by them they got married 5 years before.
She told that she has a degree of charted accountant.
After returning from delhi she told everyone that she will return all the money to the investor within 6 month period.
Now she is saying i am unable to return the money, you do whatever u can do.

As i am having many proofs against her.
Now please take action against her and returned my invested money.
She opened my account in karvy.

And i was requested for payout of amount 51000 rs but still my request is not yet processed and customer care is not working or did not get any call from karvy.
Very upset the kind of service and attitude and professionalism the karvy has shown. Karvy stock broking ltd firm broke my trust and i am planning to legally to proceed

Hcl services was taken over by karvy.
All third partied and on roll employees transferred to karvy.
I left the company is this transition period i got the reliving letter from nlb which was my third party till the time i was working for them.
But i didnt received the pending 2 moths reliving letter from karvy till now.
From last 1 year i am asking hr for update but still i didnt get any update.

My actual payout cash balance to rs 1319767.00 (Thirteen lac nineteen thousand seven hundred sixty seven only) but karvy stock brocking ltd has froudly debited to rs 180000.00 on dt 14.11.2019 & rs 160000.00 on dt 15.11.2019 withdrawl from my cash security ledger (Karvy client id 2881480 & demat id : in[protected]), but not deposited in my registered pnb bank a/c. Presently show karvy legder cash balanceto rs 979767.79 which is absolutely wrong. And actual cash balance to rs 1319767.00, which is not refunded in my registered pnb account last two month. It is also intimate that my equaty holding stock not transfer in my demat account till now.

I have not received my payment from karvy stock broking ltd from 23rd nov 2019 despite several requests for payment. Client i'd. :19608711. Kindly look into the matter and take necessary steps. Kindly let me know when i can expect payment of my money which is not yet credited to my account
. Why i am not getting my payment. Also i cannot do trading. How long will it take to resolve the issue.

This is sailaja, my account is with karvy and i'd is a2309052. I am trying to transfer my shares to another demat ac. Despite many attempts my shares are lying in karvy achi and some of shares are in beneficiary i'd but not in my dp client i'd. Please do the needful thing immediately. Dear sir/madam,

I have a stock market trading account with karvy stock broking ltd a/c a22000143, since last 2 months i have several times applied for withdrawal from balance from my trading account, but karvy stock broking ltd have not at all responding to my request.

Also we have visited in person for the karvy stock broking ltd, gachibowli hyderabad, telangana. Karvy customer service agent mr. Arjun (+91 [protected]) told us that amount will be transfer to my bank amount in 4 days i. E (16th dec 2019). But till now they didn't transferred by balance amount and not getting proper response from the agent.

Request you to please help us with the withdrawal.

This is to inform that, i, opened my demat and trading account as per details given below with karvy stock broking ltd. ("karvy") through regional branch office at delhi:

I usually do trade in securities of the companies through the above trading account and regularly clear my payment to karvy.

But inspite of my repetitive request to karvy, following quantity of shares of respective companies purchased by me and presently being held in my trading account has not been transferred to my demat account (In[protected]):

Aksh optifibre ltd. (Isin: ine523b01011) : 15284 shares
Excel industries ltd. (Isin: ine369a01029): 124 shares
Visaka industries ltd. (Isin: ine392a01013): 100 shares

Further, inspite of my repetitive request to karvy, amount (Cash in hand) of rs. 1, 03, 735/- lying credit at my ledger account being maintained with karvy, has not been transferred to my bank account linked with karvy.

I am attaching herewith following documents for your record and reference:

1. Holding statement and fund balance as reflect in the the trading account
2. Demat account statement

You are requested to kindly look into this matter and accordingly, pass an order to karvy for transfer of the above-mentioned shares to my demat account and transfer and payout of rs. 1, 03, 735/- to my bank account linked with karvy.

I am unable to sell the stocks through my karvy app and also from the online website for more than a month. It is not irritating me a lot. The online team is not responding to my emails and even the customer care is not answering the call.

All i want them to fix my issue and close my account.

Sir, this is mrs kalawati singh and my trading account number is s451021. I am writing this to inform that in spite if applying for payout for n number of times it's not being honoured. I am a senior citizen and my husband is suffering from blood cancer. He is currently admitted in hospital for last fifteen days. We need money urgently for medical purpose. I have been writting email everyday to mr riddham, mr saikat, mr sahadev and have been marking it to my sub broker lt col jay. It's a harassment of clients from karvy. For no reason or fault of mine i am denied my own money payout. It's this the ethics of karvy. First you misuse the funds and then deny the client's if their own money when needed.
