Karvy — transferring shares to my demat account

Following share which I purchased from Karvy trading account have still not been transferred to my Demat account & this is a major cause of worry for me. I have been following up with Karvy staffs, for last few weeks & they have still not transferred these shares to my Demat account. I request you to kindly transfer these shares to my Demat account held with Karvy with out further delay to avoid escalation to Sebi & NSDL.
