[Resolved]  Karvy — transmission of shares from 2013

Dear sir/madam,

This is with the reference to your letter dated mar 20, 2017 with the reference number r/cubl\trm/16753.

I'm trying for the transmission of the city union bank shares, folio number cub0001947. The shares are on the name of my deceased husband. I'm trying to do this transmission with your agency from 2013.
Each and every time the documents keeps rejected and new set of documents are asked again. Even after all the verified/attested/affidavits submission, there is a new document called the succession certificate which is being asked now. Why was this document not mentioned in your previous communications mentioning the required documents?

On consulting with my lawyer on this succession certificate, he says that legal heir certificate is enough for this shares purposes. Also obtaining this certificate is a tedious process and it will again take a year or so. My lawyer insists that there is no use of applying for this certificate when legal heir certificate is already there. Also, he is suggesting to file a case in the consumer court against you for denying me my right to obtain my shares.

I'm a 62 year old senior citizen and this is giving me lot of trouble and mental frustration to deal with a transmission process for almost 4 years with no support from your end.
Please advise if you will be able to help in this shares transmission.
