[Resolved] Kaunsa.com — delivering wrong order | |||
i paid on 2oct13 rs5999/-to kaunsa.com for a 10inch calling tab and on repeated follow up to refund the c care exe.head ms POOJA SHARMA told to send the order by diff vender but ... plz. find that for my said order KA170492/H3UOSR8X has been received wrongly on 2nd nov 13 but with different tab than what i have dealed for 10 Inch Calling Tab Dual Sim Wifi Bluetooth Capacity Touch Item Code : MOB/ACE/10 /70542 plz. find the difference as below... 1 the tab ordered was 10 inch received 9inch model ace 1500 / 9" 2 the ram ordered was 512 mb received 256mb 3 the pri. camara was 3.5 mp received 0.3 mp 4 there was a extra battery backup gadget worth 1500/- which is not received. 5 tried to contact seller but his documented mobile is out of service. plz. revert back with right tab and urgent reply to my mail sanjay bakshi [protected] several complaint tickets been raised but to no response so far customer care always tries to tell 9inch tab to be believed as 10 inch please HELP Was this information helpful? | |||
