Actually i had booked a CASIO EDIFICE EF 550 RED BULL EDITION watch product in kaunsa.com, on 05 -jan-2016, which worth of rupees 3000, and where the product found unsatisfactory for me and i had return it, and intimated for refund process.the customer care executive had told that process had been started on 05 of Feb-16, But till now due regular conversation with them it has not been done. and i am sharing you the order details- [protected] . and where i had paid it through my credit card.the interest amount has been doubled due the delay. And surprisingly the customer numbers are not working.and customer care number his [protected] or [protected] and i am sharing the screen short of the order summary . so please kindly solve the issues as soon as possible, which is my last hope Was this information helpful? | |||||

I had ordered a watch on 5th Aug 2015. The payment and order was successful but I have heard back from the since then. Tried to call customer care. The number is invalid. Please help me get the refund back.
