Kaunsa.com — i order sony cybershot DSC HX20V they don't give me still

Hello Sir/Madam, I have ordered Sony Cybershot DSC HX20V on 19/09/2013, almost three month before. I called to Customer Care several time but still i didn't get any proper answer from them, Neither i get reply nor i got any confirmation for the same. As per your policies i need to get this camera within eight days, but still they didn't comfortable to arrange the same or not refund my money. please, help me.

kaunsa.com told me---- We regret to inform you that due to any issue if our seller was unable to provide you product so we can only provide you cash voucher which has a lifetime validity of the full amount which you had paid to us through which you can purchase any other product from us.
they didn't give me product or refund my money, i don't want to another product or any type of voucher. They unable to give (Sony Cybershot DSC HX20V) product so i want my money from kaunsa.com. please help me..
