I Had purchased one mobile handset through prepaid. The order no. of the same is KA/210531/UE52PH6U dated 21/12/2013. The delivery date given was January 5th. When it was not delivered on that date I called them up. They gave another assured delivery date 8th January. I insisted to give me the AWB no. of the concerned courier. They gave some rubbish reasons and said I would be given one email to inform the AWB no. I waited till 9th Evening. Again I called them up on 9th Jan. First, they didn't pick up my calls. I dialed 20 times at a stretch. Some Kaushal Singh received the call finally and started repeating the same excuses for the delayed delivery. Now, the deadline given is 15 th January. Question is, how it is possible to give a delivery date without knowing the document number of the concerned courier???Does they care for customer satisfaction? What will happen to my money? It is hard earned. But, how will the stupid company feel, anyhow, when they are themselves involved in embezzling other's money and earn their livelihood!!! God Bless those !!
