We made a forward inward contract with yes bank ltd a year ago against japanese yen which was around ₹58 that time and contract rate is ₹65.28 and then since last one year we received payments from our clients many times and yes bank personnals alwaya say that we cannot utilize the contract as it is a loss if we do that then yesterday the conversion is around ₹66 and they cancel our contract as they said either give more fixed deposit against contract else we will cancel and they charge about ₹643000 as a loss from this deal and they recover my account balance of ₹213000 and balance they asking to deposit Please can help us in this its a huge amouny how we can provide them Also they are cheating us if the exchange rate is low they said loss in contract and if its higher even ₹0.75 from the contract rate they cancelled and book my loss Then whats the use to make a contract of forward inward Normally we make contract so that we can get a little benefit in exchange rates on the contrary they bring me in huge loss Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||

Yes Yes bank started to cheat customers -NRI customers by giving low exchange rate.The relationship manger of bangalore played his role very well by not disclosing the daily rate and cheated the customer.

Yes bank has come up with a means of cheating NRE's by providing low exchange rates.I am going to close my NRI account immediately.
every month i lose 8000 rupees .So in one year i lose 96000 rupees.if you look at 10 lakh customers, how much they gain.They do this to compensate for losses from other sources.
NRIS must nor be penalized this way.
