We are kavita enterprises holding a current account with sbi bank
We are exporter of gem stones and we submitted our export documents with sbi for realization
We also have current account with yes bank ltd
We receive a payment in yes bank from our client and due to our export papers are with sbi, i ask yes bank to issue efircs for the same
The efirc already been issued and active since 19th june 2018 but sbi staff saying they didnt have it online and they cant issue the brcs to us.
