Kawasaki India — complain about my kawasaki ninja 300

This is the second time i am writing this complain. I will repeat again, my 2013 ninja 300 is inoperational since last 1 month and no initiative has been taken by the kawasaki team. I really had a terrific experiece and will not buy or advise my friends to buy kawasaki bikes. When you were with bajaj service was good but now its a total disaster. So kindly advise how to sell or dispose this piece of junk lying in my garage. Your bikes are good but the service you provide is worse. So there is no point in buying kawasaki bikes in india.
