I have opted for 6 session acne peeling session in Himayatnagar branch costing 12K and on the third session which was on July 22.Unfortunately, I experienced burns and discomfort as a result of the treatment, and I am seeking a refund for the session.During the appointment, I followed all the pre-session instructions provided by your staff.I kindly request a full refund for the acne peeling session that resulted in these burns. I believe it is only fair to expect a positive outcome from a treatment administered by professionals in a reputable clinic. I have made multiple calls and have visited the clinic in store but they have refused refund nd asked me to continue with the sessions which I no longer wish to do so after this unfortunate experience .Kindly requesting assistance in this matter as soon as possible .
