[Resolved] Kaya Skin Clinic — adverse results after laser hair reduction treatment | |||
I went to kaya, bangalore for laser hair reduction for my chin, however staff pursuaded me to go for upper lip, lower face and side face promising clean n clear face as end result. after two sittings the hair seemed to have reduced, but later started growing thicker and darker in areas where it was not visible earlier. no solution provided after numerous attempts at the centre. their only suggestion is to go for additiinal sittings to make more money. i want a solution and result for the money i have paid. i have ended up wasting money with no result, only embarrassment due to hair growth on my face which has turned out thicker and darker after the treatment. The complaint has not been resolved yet. I have visited the clinic and spoken to the customer service rep, however they only have suggested to go for maintenance sittings by spending another few thousands of money, wherein my concern is requesting for a solution for the money which i have paid. I want them to provide a solution for the issue which i have raised. I am already going through enough embarrassment because of the adverse effect of their treatment
