[Resolved] Kaya Skin Clinic — Bad management and customer harassment

I have been a patron of kaya skin clinic for the last 13yrs but i am finding that ever since the kaya clinic at emerald plaza merged with the clinic at viviana mall, the service has gone down to the dumps. Customers with appointments booked 2weeks prior - they insist on this, are made to wait for half an hour or even more even if they arrive on fixed date and time. Timing schedule is never followed and all sorts of excuses are provided. Also if two services are booked back-to-back, at times during the confirmatory calls ian informed that one cannot be done and the other is being shifted to some other time-worn when the packages are fully paid for. This has happened multiple times and this along with the long waits are extremely inconvenient. Even the therapist doesn't keep a track of what service was priority booked for that slot. On the whole this is disgusting and hence i ask for enquiry and proper steps be taken against the inefficient and careless clinic managers and personel
