[Resolved] Kaya Skin Clinic — Burnt the skin of neck area. | |||||
It was my nightmare that i landed up to Kaya Clinic, HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore-43. at the age of 16 i took my daughter to this above clinic for laser treatment regarding growth on her upper lip, chin and neck. Now she is 18. The spoken very sweetly and made me a scapegoat by showing offer. they charged 30 to 35k for a package treatment for 6 sittings. when i asked the quality of treatment one customer care executive by name Burny told me that if the hair grown again after the whole treatment, she will refund. However it is not possible, as a Sr.HR Manager I know them and as a customer care executive she cant do that. But it was shocking that once paid the entire behavior of the same executive changed and very rude. The surprise and pain is after 6 sittings also the growth is same and still worst before. after this again i prefer to meet the doctor Jaya, she asked me to consult Endocrinologist for hormone test and treatment. But i wonder, this advise she would have asked my daughter to go through before the laser treatment. However when i consulted the Endocrinologist she has little harmone variation and she is under treatment now. Now i took her again to Kaya Clinic and showed the report to Dr.Jaya. she told my daughter that she has to undergo life long treatment for laser, she said my daughter will face infertility, she said she has pre diabetic, on her face she told. being a doctor how she should handle the patient 0% her knowledge is. she should study psychology of a adolescent if she is is a woman. actually in my daughters file, my husband kpt his diabetic test report accidentally. without seeing the name she blabbered nonsence to my daughter. She doesntot have patience to read the name on the report. Being a mother, i am sitting next to her. she would have explained to me. How much mental trauma my daughter is undergoing God knows. however i paid 2800 on 18.10.2016for maintenance and asked for one sitting laser treatment. You know what happended, this is the second time my daughter is suffering. They burnt the whole area of her neck while doing the laser treatment. being a college girl how they expect her to go to college. please tell me. I am going to take up this matter with child help organisation as well as human right. not only that i am going to consumer court. They have few non experience staff and making money. doctors also dance according to that. they dont have heart. no humanity. i already complained about the burnt to a male doctor and he said he will look into that. again the same thing happended. Tell me whom to blame? i have requested to put one experience trechnical ms. Deepa to my daughter but they reluctant to do that. Deepa is good. she is polite and experienced. they should know how to handle teenagers. should have mercy. Since Dr. Jaya has children and good fertility she have, she canot tell others will face infertility. This is a mental harassment my child is going through. friends in the college teasing her and she is suffering with migrane. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I visited your centre at HRBR Layout alongwith with my husband and daughter. Spoke to Dr. Jaya and we were happy about her concern towards my daughter. She has witnessed the burn marks physically. With lots of frustration I had to write the above because my daughter had underwent lots of humiliation in her college asking her about the marks. Since I was a customer for Dr. Jaya from 8 years, I was happy with her concern and services so that I landed up with my daughter for laser treatment for spending fair amount. Dr. Jaya has taken necessary action for the next service by rendering a good technician for my daughters skin laser treatment. Satisfactory reply and response we received today ie., on 20th October 2016 from Dr. Jaya. I expect to receive the same patronage and good service and response in future too. She has taken immediate action to prescribe and get the medicine and lotion for the burnt area of my daughter without paying. Money is not a matter, but she is a teen aged girl and we are worried about her. Thanks for your immediate response as well the concerned showed by Dr. Jaya towards my daughter during our visit to your branch. Hope to receive the same service and response in future too to avoid UN-pleasant situation please because we are the neighbors of that branch. I was introduced by my friend and the same way i have introduced so many friends also to that branch. .Hope to keep up the customer's satisfaction in future.
