Myself, Kunari Deepshikha, have ongoing treatment for cool sculpting with Kaya clinic at Bel Road, Bangalore. I was trying to reach out to clinic on kaya bel road where I originally book my appointment and also tried reaching manager there. I was asked to reach kaya clinic at Indira nagar by 9 yesterday when I started got message to reach by 9:20. I have reached by 9 only and none of your folk yet here. This is very disappointing experience.
First they don’t mention me that the location where treatment will happen. Than they don’t say how many days/session it will continue. Than the clinic do not co-operate with each other to find right timings. When I asked for refund I was told we will work as per your slots but it didn’t go that way.
I had many other alternatives which might have suited me way better. Looks like you have no respect to clients time or client itself.
I don’t have any good experiences for cool sculpting with Kaya. They will snatch your money and will make your life worse. Complete fraud.
