I am Mrs Nithya and I have visited Kaya clinic at Annanagar. I was very shocked on day one as the doctor was in such a hurry no time or explanation was given on advice of treatment
She hardly spent few seconds and they told me she had to go hurriedly. Post two sittings another doctor Sudeshna switched over .
She was so good clearly explained and made me feel comfortable and was treating very well.
I am a working professional and I have made it very clear to the manager will be available only over weekends.I haven't got any support after my 4 sessions and I had to call multiple times and request for sessions they answered disinterested now I have lost continuity in my treatment because they haven't fixed my schedule and next two weeks I busy .So there is!a gap of 1 month in my treatment. Moreover 1st and 2nd session was alsowaste with the first doctor. I need an answer to this response or I would represent to your CEO or required even to media.I have paid huge money and will not let it go easily. Looking forward to your support

    I hv been using kaya laser since the past three years n done 11 sessions. They had some new technonlogy of cooling laser i used in my 12th sessions n my skin has black spots. They gave me creams bt of no use. I need my skin back to normal.

      It has been a year I have purchased the service on april 28th 2021 for 5 body parts 6sessions. Not even single session I was satisfied. Booking slots is terrible customer service agent Imtiaz from Inorbit kaya clinic i have asked to book appointment where appointment was available only after 3 weeks (feb 2022) Despite waiting for 3 long weeks I get to know appointment was not booked he missed it.

      After doing my 4th session on 7th March 2022 I personally asked at the clinic to book the appointment now after a month again I called for follow up there is no appointment again. Pathetic service not getting any benefit, my hair growth is back because of giving long gaps.

      As a consumer I am being treated really bad by Kaya skin clinic and I am looking for a compensation and a due apology for the same.

        I paid for laser hair reduction for upper lip and underarms for both me and my sister in 2005. Kaya had promised a lifetime of services free of cost even if one hair is seen. I had Last been to Kaya in 2011. Recently, I noticed regrowth of hair on upper lip for which I called them for an appointment (Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad). The lady said they discontinued lifetime services!! I’m shocked. Please restore lifetime services and stop cheating customers.

          This complain is regarding bad behavior of staff name Sofia. Sitting in Noida 18 branch. I brought a package for Q-Switch on 26 Oct. 2021. I took 6sitting out of which three settings have been completed. I did my treatment of doctor Meghnagar. After the first setting of the Q switch, did my face get more acne and blemishes? I showed my face to the doctor on the second setting and the doctor changed the products and gave me some tablets and new kaya products. After which my face was full of acne and bad in the third setting. I did not take Q switch and suggested him to change my treatment. but doctor did not suggest anything to me. 3 settings is still pending. Issue not yet resolved. Many times call to Sofia Bt not replying. Very disappointed with all services. 5mothes complete bt my face is still not recovery.

            I have took two facial services... 1 for myself and second for my mom. We both r unsatisfied with the facials. No change no glow... it’s not 1% effective. My money went in vain. M not a new customer... I have Hari reduction laser treatment also n m 100% satisfied in that. No complaints so far for hair reduction treatment but facials are really bad.

              I have been chasing the customer care for my issue, but I am not getting any reply.

              I bought the Hair Laser Reduction Package and 3-QSwitch and 3-PeelOff. Till now I have taken only 7-8 sessions of Hair Laser Package whereas in records they are showing I have completed 12 sessions already. And also I didn't availed any Peel-off or QSwitch at all. But they say 1 I have already take. What's Going On?!

              Now, My Skin is not okay with the services I have purchased. Provide me the refund of remained sessions ELSE PROVIDE ME CONFIRMATION MAIL THAT I CAN TRANSFER OR CHANGE MY SERVICES!

              I need this to be acknowledged and give me written confirmation ASAP.

                I have deposited the amount of Rs. 34, 000/- for the PRP sessions but after researching about the pros and cons of PRP and upon my doctor's advice I am not willing to proceed with the same.

                Please note that i have not taken even a one session of PRP and therefore I wish to get a refund of Rs. 34, 000/-. The Kaya team from Kormangla, Bangalore is denying to give the refund wich I am sorry to say but amounts to extortion.

                Please let me know the process to deal with this situation else I would be taking the legal course of action against the said situation.

                Please note that the Consumer Act clearly specifies that if the services are not availed the money can be refunded as it is.

                  Dr. Nasib of Al Orubah Branch is not true to his words. To gain clients trust, he told me on my first visit with him to pay 2 carboxy and 2 meso for my under arm’s stretch marks. To convince me he said he will do 4 sessions (2 carboxy and 2 meso) for 4 so in total I will have 8 sessions. 6 sessions after (4 carboxy & 2 meso) he is asking me to pay and said I still need 2 more sessions as my stretch marks are still not healed! to be honest all 6 sessions did not have any effect on my skin! He said why would I give you free sessions and act like I am lying! Very rude and arrogant doctor! Worst Skin clinic ever I will never ever go back and will tell my friends not to trust this clinic! Not worth the money!!!

                      I have visited Kaya clinic in Subhash Magar Delhi location. Had a package for peel and fractional for Rs. 24k. I gpt my peel done on 20mar but after 1 day my cheek and chin part got pimples and itching. I had a word with dr. Aman she suggested me some medication for 5 days. And now after 5 days my whole face gpt pimples and itchiness. I sent an email with pictures but there is no revert. And also they are not picking up my calls. I am highly disappointed with such customer services and using fake products and then not refunding there money either. I want my amount back. I have really important gatherings aligned in coming two months and you guys after ruining my face dont have courtesy to even pick calls or revert on emails. I do not want to continue with kaya in any scenario. Just refund my money. Or else i need to file complaint in cosumer forum i am so done with your services.

                        When I went to avail Laser service at Kaya, the receptionist could not see Laser package against my name and cell number.
                        I have taken full body laser package in 2016 and not used fully. Also due to Covid, I could not visit Kaya for the last 2 years.
                        They told me to follow up with [protected]@kayaindia.net.
                        That team replied to my horror that the package of almost 1 lakh value (almost 50% is still unutilised).
                        Please note that this was not shared to me verbally or thru a document. Kaya team said it was in invoice (such an invoice was never given to me). I requested Kaya team to share the copy of that invoice, which they are NOT doing.
                        Never expected Kaya to cheat like this... particularly as i have been a regular customer taking many packages and keep visiting to Kaya. Noone mentioned this to me. Very unfair and should be sorted out quickly.

                        Your customer care team is not giving me satisfactory replies. They send me an invoice, which was never shared with me. I kept visiting Kaya thru 2018 and 2019 for other services and noone brought it to my notice that my expensive laser package was being terminated. This is really unfair and cheating. If I had known that laser was only for 2 years, then I would have paid for only limited number of sittings. Noone informed me. Also, it is really shameful that I have to email customer care time and again and have no customer care representative call me.

                            I have been a loyal customer of Kaya Clinic since the year 2008.
                            Now, I have also introduced my cousin to your services.
                            I had taken services of chin laser in Powai, Mumbai in 2008 which was a marvellous experience.

                            I took a full body laser treatment for my cousin at Kaya Clinic, Sector 18 NOIDA wherein the representative Sofia called us again and again for taking the payment and the payment of Rs.67000 was done.
                            Along with this service, I planned to take 1 body part laser treatment wherein she promised it to give at 7, 000 and give chin laser complimentary as the hair portion is too less as already services taken from Kaya itself.

                            From that day, she is not attending me. I have went to the clinic and tried to talk to her; called her 7-8 times..either saying she is busy or giving a call back but all in vain.
                            I have just put all this across in a polite way but it is actually very disgusting. It takes your precious time to tolerate such unprofessional behavior. And then to write on a platform.

                            I believe you to take a note of this and Sofia at Kaya Clinic Sec 18 NOIDA is responsible for my complaint.

                              I had taken a lifetime package for laser lower face, but today I'm being denied services. I was even called up by kaya when I stopped visiting kaya and they offered menthe same service last year, and post service I was forced to.buy kaya products too. This year I went back to them for the same lifetime valid.service and I was asked to pay for it and when I told them I'd not pay as I have a lifetime service, the manager refused to provide the service.

                              Sh even told.me get me in written from someone at kaya that you have a lifetime service, even though they do have a record in their system stating that.

                                Getting treated for hair loss at Kay's clinic, avatar, Chennai.
                                Right from the first session I was given a store room or treatment room used for storing things.
                                My last prp session I was given space in one corner of room not even in front of mirror. AC was not switched on. But I did for myself. I was not attended for full hr. The person extracting my blood did not sanitize his hand and the needles and gloves were lying on trolley without disposal. I was holding The cotton swab that was used to stop flow for the whole session with out a bin for disposal. The swabs used to wipe blood after prp was lying on the table. Staff switched off the AC even asking me as she was feeling cold.
                                The Dr is a short tempered person yelling always to someone without considering others.
                                I feel I was cheated for money because I don't have any improvement even after five sittings.
                                Waiting for some action on this feedback.

And next appointment eas schedule on March 2020 due to lockdown my services was postponed by kaya customer care only, i want only that pending services

                                      I am old customer if kaya, i have some remaining lazer and facial sessions with kaya.
                                      I had taken last session in feb 2020 and next session was already planned on march 17, 2020. But due to lockdown, i got message that my session is canceled and clinic is closed. Now I want my old sessions for lazer and facial and mailed kaya skin clinic and in person so many times. But not getting my pending session

                                        Address: Andheri east, Mumbai

                                        I had my second session for Laser Hair Reduction for underarms on 8th Feb in Kaya Clinic Andheri East, Mumbai. 3-4 days after the treatment, I can see hair growth as I would normally see if I used a razor instead of laser treatment. My first session was in Nov in Guwahati and I had no growth for 2 months after the treatment. Please provide an additional session to compensate for this.
