I phoned Kaya clinic from abroad today 05april 2018 .
I told the Lady i would like to book an appointment for my 3rd session out of my package paid. she asked my number as the usual proess i told her my number 5 times she cannot saw on the system and i spelled my name 3 times . Finally i told her i will email her all the details immediately and wrote in the mail to reply me. After 3 hours i phoned her back and i told her i sent a mail i explain they could not see me on the system through my number etc. SHE ASKED ME IF IVE SENT THE MAIL ALREADY and i understood it was the same lady. i think she doesnt understand the word IMMEDIATELY and she told me to wait to check the mail . She doesnt understand the cost of a roaming call . There is no consideration even if i point this out at the begin of my call.
