[Resolved]  Kaya Skin Clinic — Delay in getting the service despite prior appointment

I have been taking laser hair reduction service at kayaking pretty vihar centre. And despite taking an appointment 1 week prior, I have to wait for 45 minutes to an hour for the service.. This is happening for the second or third time.very disappointing. . No point of fixing appointmenta.
