Kaya Skin Clinic — denial of services for product purchased under lifetime validity at kaya

As per the above mentioned subject i would like to bring it to your notice that myself shraddha arya is being a lifetime member at kaya skin clinic had taken the body laser pakage with lifetime validity in 2014

Following are the issues i faced :
1. Firstly i had some 15k points which i have been told are no longer valid without any prior information.

2. Five days back i called up kaya to book an appointment for laser, i was shocked to hear from a mgr (Yogesh) at kaya centre in infinity 2 malad that kaya's lifetime services have been stopped and i can avail services linked to my package only till 31st march 2018..

3. I took this package at kaya because of lifetime validity since i am an artist and have a very difficult schedule.

4. My biggest grievance is, if you guys are stopping the service there has been on information displayed on any website or no message has been sent through emails/sms.
The clinic manager just informed me when i called up for an appointment. Aren't you guys suppose to inform your clients well in advance?

I had paid huge amount of money for this lifetime service and while paying for it nobody had informed us that it would be stopped so abruptly. It was infact committed that i can avail it for lifetime

5. The worst of all is that i have been trying to speak to the centre mgr / place various calls at the call centre but no one has been responsive enough to resolve the issue.

I request you to kindly address this issue asap or else we will be forced to take strict legal action and also spread awareness through soical media regarding the kaya's pathetic approach towards customers. Kindly contact me.
