I have been a regular customer of Kaya and have been taking regular full body hair reduction laser since 2015 with the assurance of lifetime validity. Also promised by service person that validity can be extended regardless of date.
I had taken the two maintenance packages one in 2017 and another in February 2018 for full body part which is on going now. I had been taking these sessions but in 2020 PANDEMIC happened wherein even Kaya wasn’t operating at any of their clinics. Kaya even shut operations at Kaya Khan Market and even GK where I used to take my sessions. Moreover, later in 2020 I got pregnant and delivered a baby in 2021 during which Kaya advised not to take any laser sessions so I couldn’t take any sessions.
Despite all this reasoning on LEGITAMATE grounds. Kaya expired my pending sessions without considering any reason (Even Pandemic & Pregnanacy) saying all sessions expired and no longer available. As I am a regular customer of Kaya, I am disappointed at the moment.
Can you please resolve the false promises of validity and help me to get continued service in the near future? Was this information helpful? |
