Hope you are doing well. I have written to the customer care team at kaya 3 weeks ago and sadly there is no reply. Requested a call from a supervisor which is also not happened. Extremely disappointed with such services.
I would like to highlight an issue I encountered in my last service at the Lokandwala, Mumbai branch.
When I took the 4 body part package last year I was offered a free complimentary 6 upper lip sessions. Unfortunately I got to know that they are tracking my upper lip session under the 4 body parts only and not 5.
Well ideally this shouldn't be the case and I should be having 30 sessions and 24.
The consultant Anupama who no longer works at the clinic had not given anything writing about the same. While I checked with the current manager Mansi she was unable to help with the same.
Request you to please intervene and promise to continue the package treatment that had been promised. Changing in staff shouldn't be affecting the client treatments.
As I have wasted my 6 sessions for a small upper lip part while a big body part could have been covered in that.
Request you to please look into this on priority and ensure the service is delivered as promised. Was this information helpful? |
