Dont visit kaya at all, its better that you go to oliva or vlcc or something. Because they actually care about their CUSTOMERs. I had visited kaya because skin condition called keratosis pilaris(small dots on legs due to ingrown hair) and was told to do chemical peeling for it, even after 3/4 sessions which was a waste as there were no changes at all, so then they asked me to do laser hair removal full legs, for which i again had to pay extra money in order to convert my package(around 20 k along with my previous payment of 30/35 k). I asked them before paying off the procedure if painless and they said it is painfree as they use the âlatest technologyâ. But during my first session because of having ingrown spots on my legs i had extreme pain during the laser session, felt like literally someone was poking me badly with needles. I told then it was painful and they just asked me to bear it, somehow i managed it the first time, then during the second session there was even more pain, which is not supposed to happen if you are reallyy using the latest technology. I then asked them if something can be done about the pain, so then they said they can apply numbing cream and then do the procedure, I was like great.. finally some solution, but to my surprise, they asked me to purchase numbing cream from outside even though they have numbing creams with them. I asked them that if your patient is having pain during a procedure which you said is painfree it is Kayaâs responsibility to provide numbing creamâs. Instead they asked me to spend additional money on numbing creams everytime i have a session. After all this â¦. Post my 2 sessions of laser they shut their clinic in lulu saying covid restrictions blah blah, and rest all clinics were open in kochi. Neither did they inform or send a mail about this⦠its going to be 5/6 months now since i had my 2 nd laser session and still it hasent opened. So the 2 sessions that i did also went to waste since laser has to be done every month for results. I then contacted kaya so that they change my service, because there was no point i getting laser done if they keep shutting down their clinic. So i told them that either you change my service so that instead of wasting the 50k+ That i have spend i do something else. Or you give me a refund of the last payment i did, or you give me at least one complimentary session of laser along with numbing cream. This way its no loss to kaya or to me. But no, kaya is refusing to do anything. They expect me to come back like a kid and do 4 sessions of laser with unbearable pain and zero results. All they keep saying is that they cant change the package twice. Kaya, if you cant change the package twice then dont shut your clinic in the middle and run off with our money. I wish i could have invested that money on some other clinic that actually cares for its CUSTOMERs that this ###. What a waste if time and money. Was this information helpful? |
