I have done 3 sessions of peel till now. I had a word with the doctor as well as Mansi the consultant, this is regarding a sever issue i am currently facing because of those peel sessions my skin condition has became more awful.
Previously i didn’t had any active acne, I just had acne scars that was the sole reason for doing those peel session’s. It was promised by your team members that the acne scars will be faded through this treatment by the month of November as i have my own wedding in December.
Now, I have more than 20 active acne and its increasing day by day, acne scars are more visible, also because of this treatment my pores are too visible now.
I am so disappointed as I am the bride and now I have to consult other dermatologist as well. I want to discontinue with this treatment and need to get full refund (12, 329/-). During this treatment because of severe reaction a lot of medicines were prescribed to me by Dr vandana verma, I bought all of those but there was no cure. I am attaching those bills as well I need refund for that as well. Now i am consulting another dermatologist because of your treatment done to my skin all those medications and consultation lead to waste of time and money. I am attaching the pictures of my before and after treatment done at kaya clinic.
I feel regret to even do the treatment at first place at kaya clinic none of your team member is bother to even see the reactions i am facing they are just prescribing new medications and making my skin conditions worse. I don’t know why would they do to someone like this when i clearly mentioned them i am the bride. It has costed me a lot of money which is valuable to me!!!
Please cooperate with this its a very severe issue i am dealing.
