I was a customer of kaya skin clinic from 2013 who took a full body laser hair removal treatment. The have advised me to take full body treatment and when they started doing for my face and hands, the results were reverse. I started getting hair all over my face due to lack of expertise the person was having and wrong reading settings and using wrong laser which gave paradoxical hair growth. The affected body parts was face and hands. I had to undergo multiple wasted sessions only to waste more money and no result. I request all my lost money to be given as this happened due to their sheer negligence and lack of expertise in the field of laser and improper staff Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
