Kaya Skin Clinic — Final Legal Notice Deficiency in Service & Refund Claim (45,000)

Dear Kaya Care Team,

This communication serves as a final formal notice regarding the laser hair removal package for which I have paid ₹45, 000.

Despite completing 5 sessions, there has been zero visible reduction in hair growth. From the second session onwards, I repeatedly raised concerns about the lack of progress, yet I was consistently reassured that results would be visible in subsequent sessions. These assurances have not materialized.

Additionally, I have serious concerns regarding the OTP process and session tracking. I have been repeatedly asked for OTPs during visits, and there appears to be confusion regarding how multiple OTPs are being generated or utilized per session. I also maintain a record showing pending sessions (6–7 remaining), and the lack of transparency in session accounting is unacceptable.

The services rendered so far amount to clear deficiency in service and misleading representation of expected results. After paying ₹45, 000, at minimum, a visible reduction should have been achieved.

I hereby demand the following within 7 working days of receipt of this email:

A detailed written statement of session utilization and OTP records

A senior medical reassessment

A proportional refund OR guaranteed corrective treatment at no additional cost

Failing a satisfactory resolution within the stipulated time, I will be constrained to initiate appropriate legal proceedings under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including filing a complaint before the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, without further notice.

This may also include a claim for refund, compensation for mental harassment, and litigation costs.

I expect an immediate and transparent resolution.
