Kaya Skin Clinic — Grievance letter

Hi Kaya Team

This email is a strong grievance with your koramangala team telling me today that my many many facials have expired without any email notice ..without any phone calls ..without any prior notice that package is about to expire . It is my hard earned money please!!

I had bought many packages from Kaya skin clinic because your marketing people at Koramangala Bangalore mentioned that availing facials does not have an expiring date so please avail this offer even though I had many facials in my kitty already but they told me on polite positive note that rates will soon be raised so best is to buy it now etc.

Here is background of me...pls bear with this long email chain.

Background
1. I started off with Kaya in Pune using phone no[protected] number but when I shifted to Koramangala Bangalore, it took ages to transfer my old facials here. Even though later it was shifted 1-2 facials were less. I ignored it thinking at least these got transferred after so much follow up. at that time using OTP was not used when you avail facials.
Later again, I bought many facials
my phone numbers
1) Phone no 1- my Bangalore account. (Ritu )
2) phone no 2- Asha Arora- for my mother - Rohini /Delhi. this purchase was also done from Koramangala Bangalore using phone no 1 as referral account.
3)Another phone (which i had bought for my son/maid for using at home temporarily). Mostly on name of Rajesh (husbands name) /Ritu /Asha. Cant recall the number off hand. but using this one also I bought a few facials referral was either phone no 1 or phone no 2 .

When in Bangalore, I bought many facials
1. I visited to avail facial in koramangala bangalore but your team convinced me to purchased a few more facials in Bangalore. Despite the fact that I was shifting to Singapore to that they told it will never expire but be informed that these cannot be shifted internationally... it is best offer .. you can used when you visit to India and you can give it to others as gift. Hence a good no of facials were bought by me. Not sure if anything was expired out of those without my knowledge. It scared me now.
2) After 2.5 years, I came back from Singapore permanently to India and visited your center for facial...again some festive schemes were running...I already had many facials in my kitty but your koramangala team started to convince.
3). That time I told them that my father is bed ridden so i have shifted back to India but not sure if i should buy anything like this for my mother but if i buy some facials for her (asha arora - phone no -2 ) she would get some change to go out for facial once in a month to feel some change ..they said ma'am it wont expire at all...if she doesnt use it due to your father illness, you can use it...and during the course of talking, they told me it is very good offer and on personal note they are telling that prices are going to rise up so buy it. i bought another one for mysel[censored]sing phone no 3. The idea to enroll another of my number was also given by them so that i get referral benefits.
4) Extremely unfortunate that my father became more and more ill.. he got neuro issues and heart issues and parkinson disease.This lead to our running from one hospitals to another, many times he was admitted, many days of hospitalization, and when he was shifted at home, he was under supervision of full time nurse with tubes for toilet and even tubes for giving food, ..I was flying from bangalore to delhi almost every month and my mother also went through low phase so we had to mentor her from time to time...It was extremely diff situation dealing with hospitals, medecines, injections, nurses and attendants for all o[censored]s.
5) The thought of kaya or any skin clinic was out of question. My father expired after 2.5 years of big struggle, pain and bed ridden situations .. ... After his death, we were not even out of pain ...that within 6-8 months corona started. I did not have slightest of thoughts of going out of home, let alone any facials or any salons
6) Here I am calling your center today to know all my money (facials) have been expired. It came as very shocking/ disheartening..I even asked to dig out who had sold these to me to talk to me and i was told ..they might have changed job and also company policy keeps changing... we have no control over it.

How can company policy change over your style of selling that package will never change to company policy that it has expired now.

It is my hard earned money please.. i am not ok to let go so many facials.
I would like to raise a grievance here for same.

Can we pls discuss and sort this OUT!! trust that I am not OK and I shall be escalating it further!!
