[Resolved]  Kaya Skin Clinic — Hair removal treatment at Ahmedabad

I had clearly informed my issue was chin hair only due to hirutism. I was upsold full body package n the kaya team is aware i had come primarily for chin hair. After first treatment on 31st may i developed white hair on chin in 1 month. To which doc said that its unusual n has kept on buying time without any resolution. Treatment is useless on white hair. I have asked for refund of my money which I guess your team does not understand. But now i am intent on suing you as to why I developed white hair after your treatment. At the age of 42 my head hair are jet black without any dye and colors. Then how come chin area became white after your treatment. The staff is nice and speaks professionally but r clueless on solution and keep on postponing the resolution. I dont stay next to your centre to take repeat vist follow up on my concern. However i have all the time to file grahak suraksha complaint and let me tell its my hard earned money we r talking about. Extremely upset that my pateince is taken for granted.
