[Resolved] Kaya Skin Clinic — highly disappointed with the service

I went to kaya cg road, consulted doctor for my skin problems and i mentioned that i was concerned about the pigmentation and other spots. She sugessted me peels. The manager then came to discuss about package and she talked so nicely that i was convinced to take another package which the manager suggested. I paid for both the packages peels and prp+dermaroller. The sessions started and i told them i was not satisfied with the sessions but they were like it is just your first session, 2nd, 3rd. I was still not satisfied and then they said we can see the skin lightening why not you. I never mentioned that as my concern and even that lightening was for hardly a week. I did not use the second package yet so i asked for money back as i did not trust them now but they refused. So i had no option but to take the package. After the first session of prp and dermaroller my skin became red and it be red for long time. And i could see no rejuvenation or scars fading what they had promised. I consulted doctor again she said it should not become red by prp how has it become red. I am not the one to answer that. I followed what they said and now they can see the results and when i say i am not satisfied they don’t have answer. Still the doctor asked me to take the second session and told it will be better after that and because anyway i had paid money i have no option but to take the session trusting the doctor. And the worse they gave me their creams saying we suggest you using these with your packages for better results which worth thousands of bucks. Even after that session and both the packages of 50000 rs almost i could not see the results worth even 50 rs. They didn’t seem to value the money. From the very first session i told i am not even a bit satisfied they were less bothered and asked me to continue. But it didn’t get any better. And after paying this big amount i am nowhere near even a little better. I am highly disappointed. I want my money back because i know even after telling so many times they could not do any better, they won’t do any after this complaint.
