[Resolved] Kaya Skin Clinic — Ill equipped staff, expired products usage and pathetic service at Mumbai - Worli Branch | |||||
Last tuesday on 25th april 2017i had booked an appointment for aqua radiance/fairness service (I get confused between the names). Services that i had already paid for. At the beginning of the service, the practitioner - ms. Poonam tells me that i had booked for everyday radiance. I asked her to guide me - a s per my skin condition which service to avail for. We went ahead for everyday radiance. I was quite skeptical about the service int he beginning as it was my first time in any of the mumbai kaya skin clinics. I had always availed my services in kolkata ksc branches and was quite satisfies with them. Here i found out - that they use an aloe vera gel for massage. I asked her to show me the bottle. To my dismay and shock the produc had already expired in january 2017. I asked her if there are any other massage creams available. She said there are none. Its out of stock. She was hesitant to use ny other cream. Later showed me a patchouli cream option. I have been a regular kaya client and was surprised that kaya products and services were not uniform region wise. The creams shown to me in worli branch - i had never seen them in kolkata. Not wanting to end my service half way. I went ahead to get a massage done - with all day moisturising lotion. Which did not suffice as nourishing for my dry skin. My skin was feeling drier than ever. At the end of the service - i asked the practitioner to show the expired product again. She showed me some other bottle which was yet not expired. On telling her this was not the bottle - she started arguing that this is the one. I showed her the pic of the bottle (Luckily i had taken a pic of the cream) and then she started searching. Came back after 2 mins saying that she could not find it. I told her - its imperative that you find the bottle. And she very rudely replied that she couldnt search anymore. I spoke to the clinic manager - ms. Afreen (Who was not present at the clinic that day) on phone. She heard me out and promised to look into the matter further and promised to call back and expain. Its the 1st of may and i am yet to recieve a call from afreen or any of the kaya customer care executive to resolve this issue. I am very surprised why there was no experienced service person available at the clinic who could help me out with it. I am highly disappointed with the service, practitioner, products, and the resolving method at kaya. If this is the kind of treatment we recieve from a brand which boasts its presence nation wide. Its way better to go for smaller brands which give me apt service and maintain good customer behavior. I am an old client of kaya and refuse to such pathetic behavior from the brand.
