Being a loyal 4 yrs customer, when you enroll you are promised that being a maintainence client is very good and you have to payless with time. While less you know that there are sudden changes in packages like validity date which was never there even you were enrolled as client and then package pricing keeps changing everytime you visit.
Also pls note i had to pay almost same as regular price just coz the requirement was not customized while the same principle then should be applied while taking payments as many times majority of parts are not operable but have been paid for so should be deducted basis actuals if similar principle is applied while taking payments. The worst part being when i mailed this to head office and customer care department after follow up i get revert that complaint has been forwarded to clinic team. I don't understand if i had got solution from clinic team why would i raise it only. And since then have got no revert. Also they boast of a relationship manager who being marked in mail but still never bothered to call me and understand if am facing an issue. Never expected such response being a loyal customer leave aside new people who are there. Was this information helpful? |
