I had paid entire amount of my service for my upper lip lazer hair removal.
I wasnt informed about the borivali clinic shutting down, it was after multiple follow up calls i get an update from them that they are shutting down and need to take an appointment from kandivali clinic,
I also understand that kaya is asking an amount of rs 200 for their ppe kit and sanitization from the client per sitting. I am yet to have another 5-6 sittings with sums up to an additional amount of 1200 rs over an above which i m highly reluctant to pay, as per the government norms to run your shop sanitzation is a mandate doesnt mean you guys take money frorm the clients for that. I need to avail my services as i have already paid the entire amount and wont be paying anything extra for your sanitization, its a salon's duty to provide sanitized environment for your service. I need to avail my services asap or else please refund the entire amount of rs 8000.
Also a female named archana called me from kaya head office and is no not reachable, which is highly unprofessional and irresponsible behavior from kaya's end. Please get a closure to this issue asap Was this information helpful? |
