Kaya Skin Clinic — Issue not yet resolved

Plz resolve my issue, kaya sged me that my billing was of 2013 but no expiry date was mentioned on my invoice, thsts why i was taking service till feb 2020. And next appointment eas schedule on March 2020 due to lockdown my services was postponed by kaya customer care only, i want only that pending services
