[Resolved] Kaya Skin Clinic — Kaya booking appointment | |||
I booked an appointment on 7th Feb to give it for 19th Feb for 4 pm since I was going out of town. Called again on 16th Feb to confirm the appointment and to my surprise it was not booked. Then asked to book it for 19th Feb again. Today is 19th Feb and called again to check the timings and got to know the appointment itself is not there on my name. This kind of services are provided to people who have already enrolled for a package and for taking money for new package kaya keep running behind people. If you cannot provide services like only booking an appointment I wonder how this clinic is running. Just to take money from people without proving said services. Was this information helpful? | |||
