12/27/2019. 16:30 (04:30 pm) appointment to me for lazer hair removal, kaya, bandra west. I called at around 12:49 to change the appointment for the same. Ms. Tarannum answered. She was reluctant to cancel my appointment. I had told her i have to take my mom to doctor. I called on kaya cell which was switched off. But then i called landline at 18:51 and someone by name of ankita answered saying tarannum is not available. I was told by tina of kaya, bandra (W) branch that ms. Taranum will get back, which did not happen, the same i informed ankita. Today, 12/28/2019 the time is 1:37 pm no call from kaya by any staff for change of appointment. And then these women will throw attitude at me. Amazing customer service. I hope they refund my money. Was this information helpful? |
