When I went to avail Laser service at Kaya, the receptionist could not see Laser package against my name and cell number.
I have taken full body laser package in 2016 and not used fully. Also due to Covid, I could not visit Kaya for the last 2 years.
They told me to follow up with [protected]@kayaindia.net.
That team replied to my horror that the package of almost 1 lakh value (almost 50% is still unutilised).
Please note that this was not shared to me verbally or thru a document. Kaya team said it was in invoice (such an invoice was never given to me). I requested Kaya team to share the copy of that invoice, which they are NOT doing.
Never expected Kaya to cheat like this... particularly as i have been a regular customer taking many packages and keep visiting to Kaya. Noone mentioned this to me. Very unfair and should be sorted out quickly. Was this information helpful? |
