I am an old customer of kaya, Vastrapur clinic, Ahmedabad. I had bought new package as in my last package only 5 sessions left. Unfortunately I met with an accident & could not use service for 5 months. When I went back clinic staff was partially changed. They I asked 2 otps & processed 2 invoices. When I asked how many sessions pending, they said 18. I knew its false so I asked invoice copy of APP497146 & APP441724. I am following up since 3 weeks but they are not giving. I tired of following up with clinic as well as customer care. I get msg now that 20 sessions are pending. But I know 21sessions are pending as 1 session from old purchase was still unused. There has to be escalation matrix & invoices shall be auto send to clients to avoid false billing to clients.
