I purchased a facial package in 2014 for approx rs. 10, 000 which i was told would never expire. I went to kaya recently and they said that i could not redeem the services remaining in the package.
Why did they lie to me saying the services would not expire?
Either i need my services made available to me, or a refund based on the services i did avail.
