[Resolved] Kaya Skin Clinic — No results, got scars, waste of money, no package refund | |||
Hi, last year october-november I took kaya skin clinic package for under eye treatment and Cosmo peel worth Rs 25000. I took 2 sessions but didn't get the results at all, instead I got scars near my nosetrills.Now I am also an expecting mother and I wish to discontinue my treatment due to no results.So I asked them to deduct the amount for sessions done and refund me the remaining amount but they are refusing to refund saying that its not there in their policy.Can you plz plz guide/help? With the recent conversations with the Kaya Head office team member they have agreed to refund my remaining amount.Thanks for the prompt action. Now waiting for the final confirmation from the head office. happy!!
