Kaya Skin Clinic — Not providing promised service and not providing invoices

I had purchased laser and peel sessions for my back and shoulders in which they said the upper arm is included. In first session they treated the upper arm, but when I went for next session they are telling that upper arm is not included in the package and it will not be treated. When I brought this to their customer care via email they are telling that the matter is under discussion and we will reply at the earliest.
