In July 2014, I purchased a package for under arm laser treatment in Sector-1, Vashi, New Bombay centre.
(Bill says the package is valid till Aug 2015)
At the time of purchase, I mentioned to them that I might travel out of country by year end and might not be able to avail all the sessions. I was reassured at the time of purchase that I can avail the service as and when I would like and that time is NOT a constraint.
Again in October (after 2 sessions of 6 were done) I mentioned to branch manager, Laxmi, that I will be travelling and would like to extend the package validity, she assured and asked me to take her word-of-mouth.
I requested her to sign my bill to give the assurance. She denied to give written confirmation.
Hence on 15th Oct I made a call to customer care to request a written confirmation in email.
But it has been 2 weeks and I am totally being pushed around by Ms Sunita and Ms Zarine by being told that they will call back but they NEVER call back!
I am done with sloppy customer service by Sunita, Zarine and especially a rude treatment by Ms Laxmi, I want a refund and no association with Kaya again. Was this information helpful? |
