I have been the customer of kaya clinic for the last three to four years or more.
This is mail is regarding the customer service being received. From this branch and refund of my pending payment.
I have complained on the poor quality of customer service and waiting after coming there twice earlier also and the concerned desk managers have apologised and assured better service.
But today again i had very bad experience with the branch and thought should be taken up to next level as i was feeling cheated, and was very saddened with today’s experience.
I have been taken laser hair free treatment for many years (Now on the maintenance part) and also has paid for signature facial service.
Pain free hair treatment
I have hair on the jaw line and just below that and upper lip.
When the bill was made, the bill was made for lower face and it was again assured by front help desk that your required parts will be taken and when requested to mention, it was told that it is not required and i will not be facing any inconvenience regarding this.
There have been marking which shows my neck part has been done.
Today’s interaction was with miss rubina sayyed and shifa khan. It was disheartening the way they handled my issues and was taking continuously on sop.
I understand that sop is for staff to follow and if you are going to a tell a customer again and again on sop, that customer is not going to appreciate it.
As a consumer i’m concerned about my time and my money. It feels very embarrassed to lie down with all the marking and shifa khan and rubina sayyed arguing with you on what part will be covered and what not. I had come out with completing today’s session.
Would have appreciated if customer care head shifa khan has handled the issue in much a better manner considering the customer rather than the sop.
Signature face therapy ultra detox
I have taken only one session and had request the customer service head last four times (All the four time i had talked to different people) for refunding /transferring the amount to some other service and it was assured every time that i will be receiving a call on closure but not received any till date.
When the same was mentioned today again, it was told that i need to talk to doctor.
The reason i want to discontinue are
1. The product didn’t suite me and was giving me small acenes
2. The service was not at all good
3. There was no satisfaction of doing a facial and the i couldn’t see any visible result on my face
I would like to discontinue the rest of the services (Both pain free hair maintenance and signature face therapy) and would like a refund of the payment.
Please arrange to close the issue at the earliest and arrange to refund the pending amount

Please provide the confirmation of open amount lying in facial and that the amount can be converted to another service .
Please confirm if the necessary communication has been passed to concerned branches.
Please respond immediately as any issues from consumer should not take this time to get resolution.
I still would want my money to be refunded seeing the response from customer complaint readdresses team.
