[Resolved] Kaya Skin Clinic — payment successfully made, product not delivered

I had made payment on kaya online portal for the purchase of 2330 around a couple of weeks back.
First they say payment is made but they can't track the shipment
Later they claim payment hasn't been made, check with the bank
I checked with the bank, they confirmed me successful transaction
Now they claim payment hasn't been there, it is still pending
I have called innumerable times and rather than providing a solution or just giving back my money they are putting blames.
Here is the attached copy of payment.
A complete fraud website.

Kaya Skin Clinic Customer Care's response Hi Aakriti, we have been informed from the payment vendor that you transaction OL[protected] processed on 25/10/2018 for Rs. 2330 was a failed transaction. The amount has been refunded to the source account on 26/10/2018 with RRN[protected]. In case the amount is still not reflecting, please get in touch with the issuing bank with the provided RRN.
