[Resolved] Kaya Skin Clinic — pending session (paid) but refuse to give to the customer.

I am tabassum nishat,

I am connected with kaya last 2010 and from that days i am taking services from kaya due to heavy work schedule i have not any proof against kaya. This is true that the service was awesome but last two years i am continually calling them to taken my all pending sessions (Details are mention below) but they people ignore me to say that we do not have any proof as they have all thing now computerised, as per my knowledge they used to fill the details of customer at the time of session in the customer detail chart so my authentic information is written on it which proof on paper but they people are denied due to laziness and don't want to explore those customer details chart, now my concern is that i want to take my pending session which i already paid so please help me out for this matter, details of my pending sessions are:
Full back peel - 4 sessions
Skin lightening full face & full neck - 1 session
Kaya glow or skin radiant - 2 session
Meso glow - session was complimentary. When i purchased some products.

Updated by Tabassum Nishat I don't get my solution only get mail from kaya but not satisfactory solution because I m not asking extra or mercy.i am only asking my sessions which I paid for otherwise why would I claim specially such kind of session I could ask other service as well but I am honestly asking which I have paid already but didn't use that service till yet so please resolve my issue otherwise I have to take other action.
