[Resolved] Kaya Skin Clinic — Poor Customer Service and follow up | |||||
Dear Kaya Management, I am disappointed by the customer services provided by your team. I was having a file at one of Al Ain branches, and I moved to dubai and asked kindly to continue my laser package at Dubai town centre branch, I called both branches to arrange for the transfer and both assured me that they will follow up and call me, I went personally to town centre branch and they said they will call me to arrange an appointment, it has been more than 3 weeks and I have received no calls, no follow ups, I am overdue for my laser sission and not very happy with this service. Really disappointed. 0/5 for this experience ! and will never consider having another package at Kaya ! Was this information helpful? | |||||
